Bandwidth usage for Atriuum depends on many factors, such as whether or not you are subscribed to OPAC Snapshot and any audio, video, or other images served by Atriuum to the end-users.
The best we can give as an "average" would be between 20kbps and 100kbps depending on size of the database(s) and usage of the system. It should be more on the low-end simply because caching would reduce bandwidth for users that access the site frequently.

Absolutely! You can still check items in/out while your network is down by using the Atriuum Offline Circulation Tool. Once your network connection is restored, transactions captured by the Offline Circulation Tool are synchronized back to Atriuum.
Yes. Atriuum can be configured with a proxy server to limit and restrict firewall traffic, so only the proxying Web server can access Atriuum. By default, Atriuum uses port 80 for HTTP and HTTPS. For use of the Quick Cataloging feature, Atriuum uses a built-in Z39.50 client which typically uses port 210 or 7090 (Library of Congress).
There is a Help option on the Menu Bar in the software and if you go to Administration > Library > Downloads within Atriuum, you'll find a list of documents you can download to your computer.
Yes, we provide a tool along with instructions that will allow you to import Patron Pictures, provided the filename of the picture matches a string of text or numbers in a field in Atriuum such as the Barcode, Patron Link Identifier, User Def 1, etc. You can find the tool and instructions in your Atriuum under Administration > Library > Downloads. Look for "Import Patron Pictures".
Open your web browser and go to your Atriuum site, preferably the LogOn page or OPAC screen (whichever you want this icon to take you to). Re-size your web browser so that you can see the address bar in the browser window and some part of the Desktop. Click the small icon to the left of your Atriuum address and drag it to your Desktop in the background. This should effectively copy that to your Desktop as a shortcut for later use.
Make sure the following ports are opened Outbound TCP/IP for the Atriuum/Booktracks server: 210, 2200, 2210, 4000, 7090, 8000 and 1080.
You can search Quick Cataloging by the ISBN field, using 10 or 13 digit ISBNs. If you click the Advanced button, you can also search by author, title, series title, subject heading, and keyword.

Almost all pages of Atriuum and OPAC list the version number at the very bottom. It's in small, light-gray print so you may need to highlight the text to see it well.
