On occasion, Book Systems' Technical Support asks that files be sent to our server, so that we can work on them. The process for sending files is called "uploading". Uploading a file is simple

1. In the Your Name field, type your name. It doesn't matter if it is 'First Name/Last Name' or 'Last Name/First Name' order.
2. In the Your Email Address field, type your email address. You must have email to complete this process.
3. Type your organization name in the Your School field.
4. When you speak to Technical Support, they will give you a case number. Type that number in the Case Number field.

   Note: If for any reason you don't have a case number, call Book Systems at 1-800-219-6571 and ask for a case number. Once you receive the number, type it in the Case Number field.

5. If you want to add comments that will help Book Systems Inc. better understand the problem you.re having, type them in the Comments field. The Comments field is optional.
6. The Send Files area is required; however, there are 10 Send Files fields. You are only required to complete one of them. If you have multiple files, complete as many of the 10 fields as you need.

   To complete the Send Files fields, click the Browse button on the first field you want to complete, and locate the file.

7. If necessary, navigate through your system (in the Choose File dialog) until you locate it. When you locate it, click to highlight it, and then click Open in the Choose File dialog.
8. The file you selected is now in the first field of the Send Files area. Repeat the process as often as you need to in order to attach all the files that you want to send to Book Systems.
9. When you have up to 10 files attached, click the Send button.

Your files are copied to Book Systems by email. When the send process completes, you will see a message on your screen that says "Thanks for the file! You sent the file: [filename] and it was named: [path and filename]. Email is being sent to:support@booksys.com.
